1c. boiling water
1 pkg lemon jello
1 Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
3/4 c Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 lemons
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together boiling water and lemon jello until jello dissolves. Let cool. Add cake mix, oil and eggs. Beat well. Pour into greased and floured pan. (we always use a bundt pan, but it can be made in 9x13) Bake 15 min at 350º and 20-30 min at 325º. Let cool and drizzle with the juice of the 2 lemons, rind of one lemon, and enough powdered sugar to make medium consistency.
