Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Beef Sirloin Cubes (4 per skewer)
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne (Red) Pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
3 tablespoons Sesame Seed Oil (I found this in Walmart's Asian food section)
1 1/2 cups Water
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
Wooden Skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Soak skewers in water for 20 minutes. Pat dry and set aside.

Slide 4 cubes of beef onto each skewer. Place under your oven's broiler for 15-20 minutes until browned and completely cooked through.

While the beef is broiling, make spicy sauce. Pour soy sauce into a medium size saucepan. Add in seasoning and sesame seed oil. Stir well. Bring to a boil.

While waiting for sauce to boil. Mix water and cornstarch in a small bowl with a fork.

After sauce has come to a boil, add in the water/cornstarch slurry. Stir continuously over medium-high heat until thickened. Remove from heat.

Place cooked skewers on serving platter. Brush with thickened sauce. Serve with a side of rice or roasted corn cob. Enjoy!!
