1 medium onion, chopped
4 T butter (plus small amount of oil)
2 T sweet Hungarian style paprika
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, chopped
1 c. chicken broth
8 oz. carton sour cream
3 T flour
spinach noodles (or egg)
dill weed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter and a small amount of oil. Stir in paprika. Add chicken and brown. Pour in chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Mix flour with sour cream. Add to chicken, stirring to thicken. Cook until heated through. Serve over hot noodles. Sprinkle with dill weed, if desired.
