1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup white Distilled vinegar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1- combine the milk and Distilled white vinegar in a small bowl for 10-12 minutes and set it aside. Melt the butter
2- in a large bowl, Dodd the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3- in a smaller bowl whisk the eggs, add to milk mixture that has rested for 10-12 minutes. Add the butter and vanilla and mix well.
4- pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk. The dough is very thick, do not add any liquids to it and do not over mix. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes before cooking in a hot skillet or griddle.
