1 2/3 c graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 2/3 cup shredded coconut
1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup raspberry jam or preserves
1/3 cup finely chopped nuts, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in a med bowl. Spread evenly over bottom of 9x13 baking dish, press firmly

Sprinkle with coconut; pour condensed milk evenly over coconut.
Bake in preheated 350º oven for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned, cool 15 minutes

Spread raspberry jam over coconut layer; chill for 3-4 hours or until firm.
Sprinkle with nuts
Cu into 3x1 1/2" bars.

This is a dessert that Mom and Dad used to bring home from K of C events. Terri and I would fight over these bars, we loved them.
