1/2 c. ranch dressing
1/4 c. (1 oz.) 100% grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
1/2 c. bacon bits
1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces
6 c. torn romaine lettuce

Mix mayo (or miracle whip), ranch dressing, cheese, and sugar in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
