4 T olive oil
1 1b. Raw shrimp
1 1b. asparagus
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon. Crushed red pepper
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
1 T ginger, minced
1 T low sodium soy sauce
2 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large frying pan, heat 2 T olive oil over med-high heat, add shrimp, then season with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.

2. In same pan, heat 2 T oil, add asparagus, then add ginger and garlic, then season with 1/2 tsp. salt. Stir frequently and cook until asparagus is tender-crisp.

3. Return shrimp to pan, then add soy sauce. Stir until the ingredients are well combined. Just before serving, add lemon juice, stir once more and serve while hot.
