1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. grated apple
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. carmel chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars, add egg, beat well. Add apple, mix well. Sift dry ingredients together, add to 1st mixture. Fold in chips and nuts. Bake @ 350º
