1 pound penne pasta
1 - 10 oz packages of frozen spinach
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup loosely packed dill, chopped
15 oz part-skim ricotta
½ cup tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
8 oz shredded mozzarella
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook penne for half the time label directs. Add the frozen spinach and reserving ½ cup of cooking water before draining.

Combine the feta, chopped dill, ricotta, and salt.

Combine penne & cheese mixture and reserved water and spread evenly in a 3 quart baking dish.

Top with mozzarella. Cover with foil; bake at 400º for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
