7-8 c. day old French bread, cubed
3 c. milk
4 large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
1 Tbsp. salted butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray an 8x8" square baking dish. Place the cubed french bread in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.

Pour over the cubed bread.

Pour the bread pudding into the prepared dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients then sprinkle on top.

Place into the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes until the top is golden and the center is set and knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Rest for 5 minutes on counter before serving.
