2 beef bullion cubes
1 c of hot water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp dry white wine
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 c broccoli florets
2 medium carrots
3/4 c onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 1/2 c fresh bean sprouts
4 green onions, chopped
12 oz beef, sliced in strips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, dry white wine, pepper, bullion cubes, and water in sauce pan. Cook until bullion cubes are dissolved.

Heat oil. Cook broccoli, carrots, white onion, and garlic until tender. Add beef and cook until browned.

Add bullion sauce, bean sprouts, and green onions to pan. Boil all ingredients until sauce becomes thick.
Serve over rice.
