1 can cream of mushroom soup

¾ c. mayonnaise

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

6 ½ oz. can crab meat

3 tbsp. cold water

1 small onion grated

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

1 c. chopped celery (very fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat soup in sauce pan over low heat; remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to soup. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into an oiled 4-cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold and serve with crackers.

*You can substitute canned crab with fresh crab meat or fresh shrimp.
