6-8 lbs brisket
Sweet Onions
Sliced Mushrooms
Ragu spaghetti sauce (2 large jars, any flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Trip top layer of fat on brisket and put into a large roasting pan. Smother with sweet onions and sliced mushrooms. Cover with Ragu sauce. Place in 425º oven for 3-5 hours and check often. If brisket is looking to dry, add water. Too wet? Then uncover. Brisket is done when meat is tender.
