2 c flour
1 c butter or margarine
1 tbsp. sugar
4 - 5 c chopped rhubarb
3 egg yolks
1/4 c orange juice
1/2 c milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Base - mix flour, butter and 1 tbsp. sugar together and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 min at 375.
In saucepan mix remaining ingredients and cook till thickened. Pour over cooked base. Make meringue using the egg whites and 3 tsp. sugar. Brown in oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
