3/4 c butter
2/3 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
1 T light cream
2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
With mixer at medium speed, mix butter, sugar and salt until smooth. Add eggs, cream and vanilla, beat until fluffy about 2 minutes. Gradually add flour with wooden spoon until combined and smooth. With hand or spoon shape dough into a ball. Place on waxed paper, flatten dough and wrap . Refrigerate 2 hours.

Pre-heat oven to 324 degrees. On lightly floured pastry cloth roll with floured rolling pin roll out 1/4" thickness. With cookie cutters cut as directed.

Place cookies 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or just until edges of cookies are golden. Remove to wire rack, cool completely, decorate.
