1 1/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 c butter
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 package vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/4 instant oatmeal

Directions:
Mix flour & soda & oats in bowl. In large bowl combine butter, sugars & pudding; beat until smooth 7 creamy. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture. Drop on uncreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
