6 Eggs - slightly beaten.
1 1/2 cups Sugar
5 1/2 cups Milk - scalded
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 cup Grape-nuts cereal soaked in warm water

Directions:

Preheat oven 350 F. Spay 9x13"pan with PAM
Scald 5 1/2 cups milk.
In a separate bowl, add 6 slightly beaten eggs.
Add to eggs; sugar, vanilla extract, salt and whisk until blended.
Add milk slowly to the egg mixture and stir until well blended.
Drain and press the water from Grape-nuts. Sprinkle in the bottom of 9x13" pan.
Slowly pour the egg mixture into a prepared 9x13" pan.บบบบบ
