1 1/3 cup Flour
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Butter work in
1/2 Cup Warm Milk

Grease Cookie Sheet 325 Degree Oven

Mix cinnamon and sugar together enough to cover cookie sheet. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Ad 1 tbsp. butter, work in with hands. Warm mild then add egg and mix together and pour into dry ingredients. It makes a most dough, pour into cookie sheet and pat around pan, keep dipping hands into flour until you have the dough spread evenly all around the pan. Make rows of slice apples, then add cinnamon and sugar by sprinkling over good. then dots of butter over apples
