18 Chicken Legs or 9 Chicken Quarters
2 cups of Flour
1 tbsp of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Enough oil to cover half of the chicken pieces in a cast iron frying pan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour, Salt and Pepper in a medium mixing bowl and set aside. take chicken out of package and trim fat from chicken pieces while cleaning thoroughly. Season chicken to taste. Dip chicken in flour mixture, making sure to coat all sides evenly. Drop chicken in to hot oil. Let chicken cook until deep golden brown on each side. Take chicken out to drain oil and enjoy.
