1 egg
½ c. half and half
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1¼ Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all together; add 2 cups of flour to make dough stiff. Roll into a ball on floured dishcloth or bread board. Roll out really thin. Use more flour if needed. Let dough dry. Cut into really narrow strips. Let dry for 2 or more hours. Don’t be afraid of using too much flour.
