1 cup cream of wheat (Rava or sooji)
1/2 onion (chopped)
2 green chilies
½ tbsp ginger
½ tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp ghee/refined oil
1 cup water
2 sprigs curry leaves
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat ghee/refined oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Saute small onions, green chilies, ginger, and curry leaves for few minutes. Add Rava and fry it for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, boil 1 cup of water. Pour the boiling water to the fried Rava. Make a quick stir, cover it, and turn off the stove. After a few minutes, open and stir, then stir hot. Serve with a sunny side egg, banana, cooked ripe plantain, or brown sugar.
