1 quart sweetened peaches, chilled
1 1/2 cups 4x powdered sugar
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 packages gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup hot water
1 cup cool whip
1/2 cup sherry
1 package lady fingers
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Break cream cheese in chuncks in mixer bowl. Add sugar and cream together. Alternately add sherry and cool whip. Then add boiling water to gelatin and stir until smooth.Add to peaches and stir rapidly. Mix with creamed mixture and pour into a square cake pan lined with lady fingers.Chill.
