1st Layer:
1/2 c. butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

2nd Layer:
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. dry vanilla pudding
3 Tbsp. cream
2 c. powdered sugar

Chocolate Spread:
9 3/4oz. chocolate bar or 6 plain Hershey bars

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer: Melt butter and cocoa over hot water. Add powdered sugar, egg and vanilla. Set aside. Mix nuts, graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Add together. Press into 9x13 pan. Chill.

2nd Layer: Melt butter, cream and vanilla. Add pudding mix and cook 1 minute. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Blend. Spread over first layer.

Melt chocolate and spread over the top. Chill. Bring to room temp before cutting.
