10 oz chopped spinach
2 c. cottage cheese
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp shredded Swiss cheese
½ Tsp Dijon mustard
¼ Tsp onion powder
¼ Tsp dry mustard
¼ Tsp red pepper
1/8 Tsp salt

Combine all ingredients and put into oiled dish and bake at 350* for 35 – 40 minutes
