1 ½ # peeled shrimp
2 cups cubed ham
2 T. butter
¾ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green pepper
1 Minced clove garlic
1 /2 cup celery
28 oz can tomatoes
10 oz broth
10 oz water
1 t. sugar
½ t. thyme
½ t. chili powder
¼ t. pepper
1 cup uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add onion, garlic, celery, green pepper and cook till tender. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp. Cover and cook 25 minutes or until rice is done. Add shrimp, simmer uncovered till shrimp are done, 5 – 10 minutes.
