3 eggs
1 ½ c. sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
½ Tsp salt
1 Lg can evaporated milk
½ gal whole milk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with mixer, add sugar and mix till thick; add can milk and vanilla and mix till sugar dissolves. Add whole milk and freeze. For a richer ice cream substitute 1 qt whole milk and 1 qt cream for ½ gal milk.
