3/4 c key lime juice (fresh squeezed -about a lb) or use bottled
1can Sweetened condensed milk
1 c whipped cream (or 8 oz whipped topping but save some for topping)
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 stick butter, unsalted, melted
1 sleeve graham crackers, crumbled

Topping:
Whipped cream (use can for beauty, or just more whipped by hand)
Lime slices

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush graham crackers, and mix with melted butter, set aside.
2. Cream the cream cheese until smooth with mixer, add in sweetened condensed milk and mix again, then add lime juice.
3. Whip cream until stiff (or use defrosted whipped topping), fold into mixture until fully combined.
4. Using silicon cups (or non-paper cupcake liners), fill with mixture almost to the top.
5. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
6. Put cups on tray and freeze for at least 4 hours.
7. Unmold carefully and put on serving plate with cracker side down, top with whipped cream and lime slices.
If not serving immediately keep frozen and take out before serving for about 15 minutes.
