3 tbsp Olive Oil
salt to taste
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh dill
roasted almonds
fresh green beans
peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, spices, mustard and put aside.

Cook green beans. Toast almonds in peanut oil. Mix green beans, almonds and mixture.
