1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 diced rhubarb
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. whipped whipping cream
1 1/4 pkg. (3oz.) strawberry jell-o

Directions:
Directions:
In 9x13-inch pan, melt butter or margarine. Add graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 c. sugar. Press into bottom of pan. Cook rhubarb with a few drops of water. Add 2 c. sugar and jell-o. Cool to lukewarm. Add marshmallows. Let stand and cool. Add cream (whipped and sweetened) and pour over graham cracker crust. Chill until set. Top with whip cream while serving.
