3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar, molasses and egg. Add rest of ingredients and mix well, chill dough. Make balls and dip in sugar and flatten. Bake 375* for 8-10 min.
