3 Eggs
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
3 Tsp. Vanilla
3 1/4 C. Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 C. Chopped Walnuts
2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat eggs, add sugar, mix well.
Add oil and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and walnuts in separate bowl.
Add to the egg mixture and stir until well blended.
Divide dough in half and add cocoa to one half of the dough.
Take half of the vanilla dough and half of the chocolate dough and squeeze together to form a long marble roll 13" x 3" wide. Repeat with rest of the dough. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake 30 minutes. Remove and cut into 3/4" slices. Cool.

This is a lot like biscotti, but not so hard since it is not double baked like biscotti. Grandma Rose is a friend's grandma.
