1 package cream cheese
17 slices of bread-thin slice
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp sugar
cinnamon
butter


Directions:

Soften cream cheese. Beat together cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar. use rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread as thin as you can get it. Spread cream cheese mixture on bread--roll up the bread like a jelly roll. Pinch or cut off edges to get rid of the bunch of crust. Cut the roll in half.

Mix cinnamon and sugar and set aside.

Roll each piece in melted butter then dip in cinnamon mixed with sugar. Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
