1 lb. Dried Large Lima Beans
1 tsp Salt
5 Cups of Water

For Sauce:
2 tbsp. Oil
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Cup Chopped Onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Ketchup
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard

Bacon or Hot Dogs

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beans with water and refrigerate over night.
Next day turn beans and liquid into a 5 quart pan and add salt.
Boil then reduce heat and simmer covered stirring occasionally for one hour until tender and liquid is almost gone.

Sauce: Saute onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and salt. Boil for 5 minutes. Heat oven to 350º Turn beans and sauce into casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
Bacon or hot dogs can be added.
