½ cup flour
½ cup Krusteaz "original" pancake batter
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of paprika
a few drops of toasted sesame oil (careful not to much)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Add water to get the desired texture of batter. Fry in peanut oil.

-Make sure you are using the original pancake batter mix and not the batter that you just add water to.
-Only use a few drops of sesame oil, be careful not to use too much.
-The paprika gives this batter its' famous orange color.


This recipe is good for fried chicken or fried chicken livers.
