2 cups shrimp cooked, cleaned and deveined

Cocktail Sauce
24 ounces Clamato
½ cup Ketchup
1 large avocado, diced
1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
½ cup chopped cilantro
½ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped celery
¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 to 2 tablespoons hot sauce (to taste)
salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate and let sit overnight.
