1/2 cup light soy sauce
2 T toasted sesame seed oil
1 tsp minced fresh ginger root
3 T honey (or sugar)
1 T sesame seeds
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 t freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a zip loc bag with them eat of choice. Marinate 1 to 2 hours, turning occasionally. Grill.
