12 Eggs
3 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups of Oil or Shortening
6 Cups Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 oz. Flavoring (anise, lemon, chocolate)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well, add sugar gradually; beat.
Add oil or shortening and flavoring; beat until blended.
Add flour a little at a time; mix well.
Chill dough.
Add enough dough to a pizzelle iron to make a thin cookie.
