3/4 c. water
3 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
3/8 tsp. basil
3/8 tsp. thyme
3/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
