1 1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
7 tbsp. Crisco
5 tbsp. Cold Water

About 5 thinly sliced Apples
Add 1 tbsp. Flour to 1/4 cup Sugar and 1/4 tsp Cinnamon to mix with the apples.

Directions:

Mix by hand the first 3 ingredients until well mixed.
Add cold water slowly and stir with fork or mix by hand.
If too dry add more water a tablespoon at a time until you can make a firm ball. Divide in half and roll each thinly. Line pie pan, add apples w/sugar, flour and cinnamon. Then top with other half of crust. Cut a few slits in top of pie to vent.
Bae at 450º for 30 to 45 minutes.
