Sausage Gravy and Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb of Jimmy Dean Sausage
2 or 3 tbsp. of flour
Enough milk to cover sausage.
Salt and Pepper

For Biscuits:
2 Cups Flour
2/3 Cup Buttermilk
4 tsp Baking Powder
6 tbsp. of Shortening
1 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Gravy:
Cook and brown sausage.
Save 2 tbsp. of grease, dispose of the rest
Sprinkle flour over top of sausage.
Add grease back to pan and enough milk to cover sausage.
Stir well until thick.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Biscuits
Combine all ingredients to form dough.
Roll out and cut or spoon onto baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425º

Cut biscuit in half and cover with sausage gravy.
