2 packages (10 oz) cooked frozen spinach, well drained
2 cups Italian bread crumbs (or just enough to get the desired consistency)
1 large onion, finely chopped
5 eggs, beaten
½ stick butter, melted
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Dash garlic power
Dash red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well (it's better to add the bread crumbs last, add just enough to get the consistency to shape well). Shape into 1-inch balls. Lay out on non-greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15 minutes and let cool on wire rack.
