1 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups plus 2 tbsp flour
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp sugar (for dusting glass)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350*
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla.
Mix in flour gradually.
Roll dough into small balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet,
Flatten balls with bottom of a glass dipped in sugar or powder sugar.
Bake 12*15 minutes till golden brown.
