1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic

Mix all together and place in refridgerator for 24 hours. Remix several times while soaking. A gallon jar works well for this.
