1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1 egg
2 cups of diced granny smith apples
1 unbaked pastry shell
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 stick softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sour cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla, spice, and egg until well blended.
Add apples
Pour into an unbaked pastry shell and bake at 450 for 15 minutes and at 425 for 10 minutes
meanwhile mix together brown sugar , flour, and butter using your fingers! until mixture is crumbly
Sprinkle topping over the partly baked pie and bake about 30 minutes more at 400
