3 ears shucked grilled corn
1/2 c fresh lime juice (at least 4 limes)
1/3 c minced red onion
1/3 c minced fresh cilantro
3 T white vinegar
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
Lime wedges (optional)

Grill corn on grill (about 20 min), turning often. Cool and then cut kernels from cobs. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently. Cover and chill for at least an hour. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.
