3 c Garlic String Beans (or steamed sliced asparagus)
10-12 oz grilled or broiled steak (leftovers works fine)
2 T Oil (any light oil works)
1small red or white onion, sliced thin or diced
4 c butter lettuce
2 c spinach
3 large mushrooms (diced or cut into matchsticks)

Dressing:
3T olive oil
1T Lemon juice
3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp Spike
fresh gr. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare garlic string beans (or steam asparagus). If not using leftover steak, grill or broil according to taste. Cut steak into thin diagonal stripes. Heat oil in small skillet and sauté onion until tender and beginning to crisp. Add steak, beans, mushrooms and onions to greens in a large bowl.

Make dressing, poor over salad and toss.
