2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 t. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts (any kind)
1 c. coconut
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Sift flour, sugar and baking soda together. Set aside. Beat eggs and add crushed pineapple. Add dry mixture, nuts and coconut. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake for 45 mins. Cool.

Frosting:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Blend together and frost cake.
