1 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. veg. oil
3/4 c. cold water
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Combine ingredients and beat for 2 mins. Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 5 mins. Can use two 8" or 9" cake pans or 9"x13" pan. Also can substitute vanilla pudding as well.

Lemon Glaze: 1 c. confectioners sugar and grated rind and juice from one lemon. Mix together and frost the cake when cooled, but still warm.

Dorothy (Dot) gave this recipe to me when I was in high school in the 1960s, and I have been making it ever since! I have made it as a 9'x13" or 2-layer cake also and frosted it with Buttercream Frosting with Vanilla and Lemon extract flavoring added! This recipe is a WINNER!!!
