2 lb. hamburger, brown and drain
½ lb. pork sausage, brown and drain separately from hamburger
½ lg. or sm. can of Spam
½ tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. sage
½ fennel seed
2 c. spaghetti sauce (1 jar)
1 can pizza sauce (8-10 oz.)
1½ c. American cheese, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Spam, salt, sage, fennel seed, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce and American cheese together with hamburger and pork sausage.

Spread on hamburger buns, open face.

Top with 1 slice mozzarella cheese (or grated pizza cheese).

Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425º.
