1 pound light brown sugar
4 eggs
¼ cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, melted
1 9” unbaked, deep-dish pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F

Mix brown sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Add butter in a slow stream, beating all the while. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake on a baking sheet for 50-60 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cool to room temperature before cutting. Garnish with whipped cream.
